Host companies prepare:
- Job description: explains what the training responsibilities will entail.
Trainees prepare remaining documents, including:
- Resume
- Cover letter
- Learning objectives: explains what they plan to learn during training.
Our office prepares and reviews with both parties:
- Draft training plan: details the activities, goals and training rotation.
Our office staff review and work with both parties to finalize all the necessary documents before application to ensure the issuance of the DS-2019 (Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor’s Status), which is used to obtain J-Visa.
